Join us for the Death Files, a two hour online class that will set you on the course of creating your own unique guidebook for others to follow at the end of your life. Death can arrive on our doorstep suddenly or expectedly and through the veils of grief our loved ones are often lost or confused as how to best fulfill our wishes and desires for our final transition and beyond. Taking the time to create a guidebook that embodies and reflects your end of life values and preferences will bring peace to you knowing that your beliefs will be upheld and the path for your loved ones will be easier to follow.

During this class Jen will infuse elements of meditation, humor, information, and encouragement. There will be time to share threads of what you have experienced from other’s death journeys that were inspiring and we will approach this task with both humor and reverence. This class is designed to inspire you towards a beautiful vision of the goodness that can surround this rite of passage and empower you to document those desires now.
