Our children can be little conduits to the spirit realm. Fresh from the stream of collective consciousness, they can arrive with untainted abilities to perceive and intuit energies ranging from the world of fairy to the world of the dead.

As their parents, guardians, family, and caretakers we can be so overwhelmed with day to day responsibilities that it is easy to overlook their spiritual hygiene. They too can accumulate dense emotion, experience dis-regulated energy bodies, and not know how to lean into their allies and guides for support.

During this two hour class for adults we will discuss how to tend best to our children’s spiritual hygiene given their uniqueness and learn how to apply similar techniques we use for ourselves in a way that is appropriate for them. True to all classes facilitated by Jen, there will be time for sharing so all attendees can learn from one another and cross-pollinate ideas and experience.

Components of the class include:

• Spiritual hygiene fundamentals

• How to make energy body hygiene playful

• Establishing routine and leaning into a framework for regulation

• Teaching our children how to hold healthy energetic boundaries

• Establishing a spirit “team” for support

• The art of the shamanic drum journey for children
