Welcome to the Maine Women’s Weekend Retreat!

During this luxurious 3 day / 2 night retreat you will have the opportunity to rejuvenate yourself with the beauty of coastal Maine. This specially curated retreat allows you the opportunity to sink into a weekend of ritual, connection, and restoration. During our time together you will have the opportunity to choose what you want your weekend to look like. Partake in the activities that speak to you, or simply rest.

Each day can be a new adventure,

or an opportunity to renew and restore yourself.

The theme of this retreat will reflect the element of Earth as represented in our bodies. We will explore our unique body journey, the stories we hold on a cellular level, and lovingly tend to our physical vessel as a home for our soul spirit.

We will call on ritual processes to take us intuitively deeper and connect to the wisdom of our bodies. Just like our great mother Earth, our bodies have much to say if we take the time to listen.

DEPARTURE: SUNDAY AFTERNOON NOVEMBER 16, 2025

We will be staying in a beautiful ocean view home with 6 private bedrooms, multiple living areas, hot tub, dining area, and four bathrooms in York, Maine. The group size will range from 8-13 women and optional activities will be available daily.

Overnight and commuter options are available (commuter options are limited).
