Informational Talk ~ Advance Care Planning & Death Care Directives

Join Jen for this informational talk to discuss two important aspects of preparing for life’s final rite of passage: Advance Care Planning and Death Care Directives. It is never to early to begin to consider (and ideally put in writing!) your choices and preferences for your end of life journey. Naming a person to make your medical decisions if you are unable to do so is the core of Advance Care Planning while choosing someone to be your Death Care Advocate to carry out your final wishes is at the heart of naming a Death Care Advocate.

If you are curious what each of these aspects of death preparation involves, please attend this death positive space to learn more. Jen will weave sharing of information with open dialogue and meditation into a space that will create a pause for everyone to have a mortality moment. With levity and grace, we will traverse these topics that often fall to the bottom of our priority list.
