3 Days of ancestral Practice with jEN  hUDZIEC

“If you look deeply into the palm of your hand, you will see all generations of your ancestors.

All of them are alive at this moment.”

~Thich Nhat Hahn

Ancestral Lineage Healing is the practice of connecting with and tending to your ancestors of lineage to bring balance, insight, and healing across generations. Developed by Dr. Daniel Foor, the practice is rooted in the understanding that our ancestors are not only part of our past, but are also present today influencing the well-being, beliefs, and patterns in our personal lives, families, and culture.

During this 3 day immersion, we will dive into a ritual container centering around in-depth lineage repair. This work invites us to recognize and honor the gifts of our ancestors and repair wounds or disruptions that may have been inherited and passed down over time.

If you’ve participated in personal healing work and you’re now seeking greater breakthroughs, ancestral healing may be for you. This approach weaves together helpful elements from psychology, cultural healing, and spiritual/ritual traditions. Patterns rooted in intergenerational cycles and cultural pain can find resolution. Coming into relationship with recent and more ancient ancestors can re-establish obscured blessings, improve relationships with the living, and encourage greater belonging and clarity around life purpose and path.

‍ ‍Learn a life-long framework to relate in direct, safe, and empowering ways with your family and lineage ancestors.

‍ ‍Establish connections with ancestral guides and work in partnership with them for lasting personal and family healing.

Join with your ancestors to support the resolution of larger systemic, generational, and cultural wounding.

     About Wilton, NH USA

Rooted in 13,000 years of the legacy of the Western Abanaki Confederacy, Wilton was an area rich for fishing and hunting for the Abanaki, Penacook and the Siwanog Tribes. Hardwood forests, fertile rolling hills, and the great Souhegan River supported life along the area of the Monadnock plateau.

Now a quintessential New England town, Wilton rests along the Soughegan river (“the river opening”) with textile mills from the 1800’s defining its landscape. With a tiny downtown, a classic town hall movie theatre, and small local businesses, locals creatively support thier dreams.

This 3 day non-residential intensive will be held at the Rise UP! Center, a community space dedicated to healing and the arts among Wilton’s historic mills.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

YOUR FACILITATOR

Jen Hudziec

My whole life has been shaped by the transformative powers of ritual. As a child I was raised Roman Catholic, but was an animist at heart spending all my waking hours outdoors communing with the natural world. I departed institutionalized religion when I was 18 and began a lifetime of spiritual exploration. The common thread that I discovered during my spiritual adventuring was ritual. Is is through decades of ritual practice that I found my true calling as a Ritualist.

As a Ritualist I hold a safe and tender space for ancestral healing, spiritual mentorship, and radical elemental ceremony (fire walks, etc.). I also have a passion for teaching and passing on what I have gleaned from various initiations, experiences, and Elders. I am truly dedicated to being able to meet people where they are and bring an ethic of non-judgement, inclusivity, and levity to the spaces that I lead.
