Join Jen as she leads an intimate group through the radical arrow break journey. This journey can shift outdated energetic contracts, intergenerational traumas, and ingrained patterns by rooting intentions on a somatic (physical) level. Asking our community of benevolent ancestors and trusted guides to support our process is one aspect of the ritual. Weaving in animal spirit medicine is another.
